The Schenectady 2020 Vision Plan is a guide for the City’s immediate and long-range protection, enhancement, and development. It is designed to reinforce Schenectady as a vibrant urban community. During the creation of the vision plan, several projects were identified as “Catalyst Projects” that would be promoted to stimulate the city’s vitality. Working with River Street Planning, CLA SITE has been involved with the initial conceptualization and marketing of the Barrett Street Senior Housing Complex to attract funding and developers. Responsibilities include planning graphics, streetscape improvement plans, and design guidelines.
