Working with the Watervliet Housing Authority, CLA SITE developed a site plan and planting plan for an interior courtyard. CLA SITE was able to salvage plants from other overgrown planting areas, making the planting plan both inexpensive and an immediate success. The scope of work included construction documents, planting plans, and construction supervision and administration.
